The InVentry sign in process is a breeze to work with, allowing visitors to sign in almost instantly and print a high quality photo ID badge, while recording all their data and synchronising this with the central database. This minimises the time that important clients and guests spend waiting in reception, but makes your school more safe and secure than ever before.

Fully Encrypted Database

Keeping your students safe is our top priority. That’s why we enable you to collect as much information on visitors as possible to ensure you’re comfortable with who is entering and leaving your school. However, so that you can keep this important data protected, the central database that all information is saved to is fully encoded; only authorised personnel will be able to access it

DBS Check Integration

Disclosure and Barring Service checks have now replaced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks as a method of checking a person’s criminal record. InVentry can be used as your central record of recruitment and vetting checks for staff and visitors, and can seamlessly and securely integrate DBS data. DBS checked visitor badges can then be produced for the relevant person.

Staff Notification

To create a seamless, professional experience for every visitor, staff members can arrange to be notified as soon as their selected guest has arrived on site thanks to the ground breaking InVentry central database. Notifications can be delivered via both email and text message, conveniently displaying the visitor’s name and photo.

One-Click Fire Evacuation List

InVentry can instantly produce a full list of visitors, staff and students onsite, which can be used for fire evacuation purposes or for your reference.

InVentry have come a long way since being established in 2010. With an honest goal to streamline and perfect the school sign in process, InVentry was originally a simple touch screen system that could replace the old paper method. The way we saw it, there were too many risks and potential for errors with paper registers, generic sticker labels for visitors and hand-written late slips, with no way to easily compile and analyse all this information.

Today InVentry have brought the process fully into the digital age. Registers and late slips are on the console for easy access, and visitors are provided with photographic ID quickly and easily, introducing a new level of security to schools.
